Our business was established by Gus Cobb and David Mull with the idea that every customer deserves personal and caring attention. This idea seems to be getting lost in today's competitive, fast-paced marketplace, but we’ll stick by it forever.


While we started our business strictly as a service company, over the years, more and more people wanted to purchase from us. Today, we are one of the leading printer, fax machine, scanner, and copier dealers in Eastern North Carolina. Our sales journey started in early 1997, when we began selling Canon and Panasonic office copiers and products. By the end of 1997, we had a fully staffed service department and an office manager, and we had begun plans for building a sales department.


By the end of the first quarter of 1998, a sales department was formed and the department brought immediate growth to the company. As the sales staff grew along with business expansion, Quality Office Equipment became one of eastern North Carolina's finest small office copier dealerships, offering color imaging, copier rentals, and network solutions.
